The Firefly Water Mist System is paired with Flame Detection and the Eximio Control Unit for quickly suppressing hot particles. This system is used for high-risk and critical machines. The water mist system rapidly extinguishes while utilizing small volumes of water. They can be used in open or enclosed areas. The Firefly Quick Suppression System uses the same Eximio controller as the Spark Detection System, so there is the option to combine both prevention and protection, to achieve an optimized system functionality.
After flame detection, the hydraulic water mist system can suppress the flame within 0.3 to 3.0 seconds. The system can supply water for over 10 minutes.
